Pretty soon i'll be starting my custom SG-3 build
My General Idea is to make it from scratch.
Planning on a mahogany body and neck, with a nice paint job (one of my other hobbies is the airbrush). Right now I am pretty much undecided on everything except for the brand of pickups...Seymour Duncans. This won't be a done in a week project and all ideas are welcome....I need them .

What type of bridge are you going to use?

Tuners?

Nut?

What type of switches?

For example, the standard SG has a Tune-o-matic bridge, with 2 speed knob and a 3 way switch with 2 humbuckers.

The nut is generally bone or graphite, and the tuners should be some decent locking tuners for example Schaller.
I don't remember where I was,
When I realized life was a game.
The more seriously I took things,
The harder the rules became.

I've always craved an SG with TV Jones pickups. Look into it.
Sincerely, Chad.

I slept over it, and came up with :
Sperzel tuners, graph tech nut, and a tune-o-matic bridge with bigsby vibrato. switch wise i'm thinking i'm going to put a 6 way switch, and 1 volume 3 tone. A kill switch is also lingering in the back of my head. As for the pickups chad, I looked into the TV jones and am still undecided.
