Just a quick question

Does anybody know/can tell me if Torque has any relation to speed in stepper motors? i.e. I can make my motor high or low torque but will making it one or the other mean it can be driven faster at all?

Also, if you know of a website with the answer that'd be great

Thanks

Torque IIRC is the initial force behind an object and has little relation to speed, other than how quickly you get there.

I dont think it would because torque is just the force.
think about a drill, higher torque, its stronger, doesnt make it faster though.
