google a firefox plug-in called "unplug", you can use that to download embedded media. Convert with Riva Flv converter

both are free

Keepvid.com, then you have to convert the .flv file using some kind of converter. I'd suggest PSP Video 9 even if you don't have a PSP.

Download Firefox, enable the sandbox for plug-ins, get download helper, videora iPod Converter, and FLV Player, go to the url you want to download, click on download helper icon, download video, then go to Videora and convert. FLV Player is just used to view and see if it downloaded correctly.
