alright guys heres the deal. my friend offered to paint my guitar for me for real cheap. i have to sand it down and whatnot, but it's fine, because she is an amazing artist and can practically paint anything if she see's a picture/idea of it. the problem is i have no idea what to get. i want something darker(emotionally speaking, and color wise i guess) and abstract, but i don't know what to get. any suggestions?

something awesome and 80s. (the gmw site has some cool pics of custom-painted guitars, might be worth a look)
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

hmmmm.......maybe a black background with a deep red, almost burgundy tribal design or pinstriping with maybe lighter red accents? Like around the body and a bigger thing on the bottom between the bridge and bottom maybe. Depends on what kind of guitar you have. Maybe get a dark red background with a silhouette-ish picture of ravens on a tree branch with bright red eyes. A bit over the top maybe, but looks seems like a good idea.
