I was woundering how many bands have bassists that sing as well. I'm sure I can't be the only one. Anyone know?

Sorry, but because you listen to Tool doesn't mean you're intelligent.

Les Claypool/Primus, Tsjuder, Dying Fetus, and Kiss are the first that come to mind.

Tom Araya of Slayer

Peter Steele of Type O' Negative

D.D. Verni of Overkill can sing, he's not the singer for Overkill but Bronx Casket Co. he sings on one song and they kicked out the old singer and he sings now.

Kim deal from the pixies and Kim Gordon from Sonic youth sing occasionally and play bass.

Mike Watt sings and plays bass pretty often.

Rush, Thin Lizzy, Primus, Spacehog, Pink Floyd, I think the bassist of Pepper sings lead a bit, The Beatles, The Police, and those are only the famous ones. You're not remarkably special.

I mentioned them half an hour ago on the 80's party thread, no response.
I love them though.
