Okay, I realize that this is a long shot here, but on the off chance that anyone here knows some digital design stuff, I need some help: I need to convert a two bit binary number to one-hot active high code. Anyone know know how to do that? I know that one-hot active high means there's just one true bit in the output, but the conversion itself is a mystery to me.
