Go to Radioshack and buy a regular push-switch, then go to Home Depot and buy a can of sliver spray paint for plastic if you want it to be silver. You'll save about 10 bucks that way.

That wiring looks fine, but I have no idea about the circuit board wiring.

That's how I have mine wired, except my wires are attached to the volume pot instead of the output jack. Any buzz you get while on 'kill' will be a result of your effects, amp, or possibly due to lack of sheilding on the guitar itself.
