So i got this new amp and i tried it for half an hour, after a few hours i came back to try it and it wouldnt work ( i did put it off when i left it)
So i'v checked everything, Standbye is on, "power" is on, my guitar and lead works (tried it through another amp)

I put it in the Hi as my guitar is a MIM strat, the settings are around 5 the volume is past
Its as if i have had bad luck and it has broken
Please someone help me! :O
Thanks

Maybe you turned the standby before the on? Did you leave enough time before putting the standby on? Is it plugged in?

The tubes are the same colour, and the standby button was put on after the power button after a reasonable amount of time

EDIT:^^^Yes standby is on
i have tried either way

Standby (on my amp and almost everyother amp) just keeps the tubes warm and cuts all the sound coming out of the speaker.

Yeah these amps have terrible reliability issues. Mine broke but it should be coming back next week. Just email the place you bought it from or laney because it should have a 5 year warranty.

Laney's are known for being fragile. Just contact the seller and make'em fix it
