Some girl just asked me what songs I would recommend with that kind of set up, for her dance team, I guess.

You guys know anything like that?

as well as a chang of seasons by dream theater, but thats 23 mins long. AND its not really modern in the middle or classical in the beginning, but close enough

And you're obviously here because you fancy Phill.
Phill is a very attractive guy...

"I'm so tempted to sig that, Phill" - Sig it then

Unless otherwise stated, assume everything I say is in my opinion.

There are a number of muse songs that start with some sort of classical piano part and then launch into a modern rock song if thats what you're talking about.

Got the perfect answer

Harpsichoid- a new age of noir.
VENUSIAN
FB SC BC TW
Patterns In The Ivy present ethnicity on an intriguing and dedicated level. ~Ambient Exotica
A mesmeric melange of yearning voice, delicate piano and carefully chosen samples. ~Lost Voices

Vitamin C - Friends Forever

Yeah, the infamous graduation song. Only one I could come up with.
According to BS statistics, 92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you're among the 8% who doesn't consider rap to be real music, donate your brains, as you clearly aren't using them.

IMHO...

To Live Is To Die - Metallica

Battery - 'tallica again

Fight Fire With Fire - Those tally-cats again!

I consider Malmsteen firmly neo-classical myself... Just thought I'd add that.

Dude you gotta go for "Dressed For Friend Requests" by Drop Dead, Gorgeous
lol

"Absolution" by Megadeth.

It is funny how almost everyone listed metal... Maybe that's because true metal is firmly rooted with classical.

Anyway, I am struggling to think of anything... I think some Eric Johnson might be appropriate though?
