Hey guys, I'm trying learn this solo so that if the senior band (With trumpets and flutes and stuff) at my school play it, I can play guitar parts

Now, at one bit, i came across an "s" in the tabs as in

e|-----------------------------8-10-11-8-10-11-13s10 10-10-13-15-17-20----|
B|---------------11--8--11b13---------------------------------------------|
G|----10b12r10-8----------------------------------------------------------|
D|--8---------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------------|

What does the "s" mean?

You should really think out your fingering a little more.

Instead of moving out of position to hit the B Flat (11 on the B string) you could just play on8 on the first string.

I would look this over because you're moving all over for nothing.

That's the problem with tab, you forget (or just plain ignore) what notes you're playing.

I'm not a f*cking noob

The reason i asked this is because I never come across it and in most of the tabs I read, they put down a slide as ---------10/13------------

I was asking for some help, thanks to the people who actually helped

EDIT: Now I know the first solo of the song, just need some more speed, thanks again to the people who helped

8th fret on the first string is a C note...

I like to do vibrato instead of the slide, it sounds better to me. The hard part for me was moving up the board to 20 smoothly.

Same here, on a les paul, it's difficult to play up the fretboard sitting down, standing up, forget it

lol, but I'll get it in time
