Which ever you like best and feel most comfortable with. There is NO such thing is a best pick, or certain picks better than another. The only thing you need to know when getting picks is not to get bass ones because you'll cut through strings like a knife through butter, other than that just whatever you feel like getting.

Although it's all preference, I would like to add that Fender picks are the ONLY picks that I have ever broken. I've never had a problem with my tortex picks in four years.
