Alright so I got a friend to put my computer back together for me (he's much more a hardware whiz than me) and since then I get this error message:

To protect your hardware from potential damage or causing a potential system lockup, the graphics processor has lowered its performance to a level that allows continued safe operations.

It says it's not receiving sufficient power... what can I do? I have a Geforce 7900 GS. Thanks

Alright my power supply is the EXACT SAME ONE that was in before so that's not the problem.
