i have no idea how to read a schematic and i looke up some of the symbols and couldn't find them.
also
what kind of circuit board would this use?
could someone like post a legend of schematic sybols or somthing please

That's weird that the inductor is 660mH....

What is the diode in series with the cap? Is that a low-pass filter?

Sciggles are resistors....
Triangles are grounds....
Two lines parallel to each is a capacitor...if one side is a C it is an electrolytic capacitor and polarized.

That's all from me for now I am tired.

1n4148 is the diode.
unless you meant what is it for

the triangle with a line is a diode..
diodes have the line on 1 side to know which way to put it.

The "line" side is the cathode, triangle is the anode.

Reverse polarity protection.

That makes sense but what's with the grond a cap?

I'd say filtering, but it seems to small for that.

would this be the kind of circuit board i would use to make this?
