Hey, I've been playing guitar for about a year, a year and a half.
I consider myself decent, but I mean I taught myself and feel now like I missed out on a lot of things that could help me, and better my songwriting.
I was just wondering if anyone could provide some links or something to helping me with music theory, or some scales I can practice, or just something that could help me with solo's and just plain knowing the key of the song, haha.
I am pathetic. Haha. But seriously, any help would be appreciated.

By the way I play mainly rock and metal.
But I try to dabble in a bit of everything, especially blues.

I actually have my own site that was made to help guitarists like you. If you want to check it out, the adress is: www.freewebs.com/guitardude32. I think it might help you a little bit, it has instructions on how to read music, how to read tab, vibratos, and other stuff

Checked out the website. And it's a very good site, but I know how to do all of that really. Thank you for the help, though. Appreciate it man.
