ok, so i went to soundcontrol to try out a dean ml xm(for playability not tone), but unfortunately they didn't have one. so i tried out the dean from hell, and whilst it sounded good it felt like the strings were really far apart(might just be 'coz im used to a strat) are all deans like this? or will i need to try out the xm to see? other than the that i thought it felt perfect, so thats my only concern heh.

thanks in advance
