Yes, I am fully aware of the thread going on about wahs.

However, I'm not going to jack a man's thread.

I play blues/classic rock/regular rock with some old metal on the side.

The wahs I have tested and like are:

Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Crybaby (the straight black one)
Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Reissue (the chrome one)
Vox V847

So, before I go back to GC and fully decide, what's your opinion on these?

EDIT: Forgot my budget......

~ $120-130

Personally, I don't really like any of em much. I'd have to say the best Wah I've ever heard was the Slash Crybaby. Maybe check that one out before you make a decision.

^ Sure thing, I think my GC has one........

Anyone else?

If you're on that kind of budget, pick up a used V847. Not the A version.
That way, once you get fed up with the tone sucking, you can mod it easily.

even w/ the V847A you wont notice the tone sucking (less ur runnin a bunch of different pedals). that's what i use and it's perfect, not to mention, the clean wah w/ this pedal is orgasmic.

i'd get the newer reissue, for the power adapter, and buffered loop. it is possible to mod it, but it's tougher. but stock, this one will sound better.
