If you want some really great punk rock that has similar sounds to Blink but is more mature, try Millencolin

or Boxcar Racer

In gr.8 we got into purple nurples so much that the school would suspend anyone they saw doing it. We had really good aim.

Adolescents, 7 Seconds, Black Flag is always great, super super old AFI(Black Sails and before), Bad Religion, The Walkmen
Studies have shown that 92% of guitar players are close-minded. Copy this into your signature if you're part of the 8% who enjoy rap.

Rancid are the best punk band ever.

Tim Armstrong is a songwriting genius, is a complete fashion diva and has an incredible singing voice.

He doesn't sound like Opie from family guy at all.

No Use For A Name
New Found Glory

Great aussie band - One Dollar Short, u might be able to track some of their stuff down.

How 'bout some Brian Eno and Nick Lowe?

They got punk and pop sensibility.

Depends where you go with Brian Eno.

Most punk listeners wouldn't know what to do with Music For Airports

His rock stuff is pretty punkish though. Same with his stuff with Roxy Music.

Hear Come the Warm Jets is an amazing album.

That's the stuff I was thinking.

I'm just getting into him myself...

Eno is all over the map. He did a lot of rock stuff, as well as ambient stuff, and some crazy noisy experimental stuff (My Life in the Bush of Ghosts, which was a collaboration with David Byrne, and very cool)
#23
try teen idols, the suicide machines and screeching weasel
#25
Phinius Gage are complete crap, seriously, I'd rather listen to a Phil Spector produced recording of Rik Waller and Johnny Vegas passing diarrhoea in a urinal.

You might like Heads vs Breakers. I made a thread on them about a week ago in the hardcore forum. Good luck finding anything by them, though.

Listen to some pop punk and not these random recs. Pop punk would be a good transition for your taste of music. Get some stuff like Screeching Weasel, The Queers, J Church, Mr.T Experience, Buzzcocks, and Chinese Telephones. You'll like them all.
