I did it today and it looked really good, but of course, some homophobes and people who are uncomfortable with their sexuality ragged on me for it.
But there must be other guys out there that do it. I'm not gay, but i think people are starting to have their suspicions haha.
i figure some of the "girls" on UG do it, and what do you think of guys that do it?
No, i'm not emo.
How many other UG'ers straighten their hair?
#3
I do. Like, religiously. b.c. it has to be straightened for it to look good.
Remember to use heat protection spray.
And what do I think of guys that do it? I don't care, I think it's kind of cute.

A bit of both. His reactions were often comical, but it looked pretty stupid anyway (looked all wiry), and he already had awesome curls.

It's pretty much universally applicable.

I cant straighten my hair because it firzzes out. Even when I use anti frizz serum my hair becomes very bushy and its annoying.

So I use wax and make my hair curly and dont bother straightening it anymore.

Best comeback ever!

Anyway, on topic I (by 'I' I mean 'get someone else to do it for me) occasionally straighten my hair, usually for gigs. It's much easier for your hair to go back to normall when you've stoped headbanging. Windmilling is easier too. Oh yea and it looks better, but I don't do it all the time because I don't have my on straightners
#27
lol i super do wat the 2nd post does i str8en it the nit b4 and sleep on it for that awesome "i just woke up" look all day<p>i don't even have to comb my hair i just mess it up and toss a cap on and when i pull it off it looks messy/sexy
Just because I play the drums doesn't mean I suck at guitar, or ams that I's iz stoopidz.

The comeback was dull and chock full of foolishly simple grammatical errors.

I have to, if not my hair goes afro =[
Yeah, now you're gonna die wearing that stupid little hat. How does it feel?

Help me to live.

I make custom guitar wiring harnesses and I'm pretty damn good at it!

I do, I don't like having uber-curly hair and no one really cares if I straighten it, I think it looks better.

Doing it doesn't make a guy camp, but sometimes it looks God damn awful.

The power to feel with others give.

I used to when I had longer hair, but mine is reasonably short now, so no point.

As well as awareness of sarcasm, apparently.

i posted a pic. any comments on that?

It's OK, it looks a bit stringy in the the back/side (if you know what I mean) but if you like it that is all that should matter.
