I'm looking at getting a good OD to replace my OD3(which i pretty much hate). I really just want it for leads and i want a really saturated tone, a bit like the solo from Yellow Ledbetter. I quite like the Seymour Duncan Twin Tube judging by the soundclips but does anyone have any more suggestions...and clips if possible?

Would you like a smoother, or a harsher tone?
If you want smoother, either look up some modded tubescreamers (like whizzer mods, it's a very smooth pedal), if you want harsher, maybe an OCD?
Maybe I should have asked this before, but what is your budget?

I'm looking for a smooth tone a little like Santana (but obviously i'm not trying to copy his tone). My budget would probably be around 200euro, not sure what that is in dollars though

A good, versatile and - above all - powerful OD is the Blackstar HT-Drive, amazingly good.
I compared it with some tubescreamers and an Alberta and i just fell in love with it.

Though, for a santana tone, i'd recomend a T-Rex Alberta.

Do you know where i could get clips of the HT-Drive? I won't be able to test it since i've never seen one in Ireland
