I was trying to get sort of a classical vibe going on this one. Not very long, just a short little song.

The little guitar solo thing in there isn't how it's supposed to sound, I intended it to be longer and well, better, but it was too hard to put into GP.

Let me know what you guys think.

All I can say was that it was f*cking amazing. God knows what I'd give to have talent to write music such as that. You have truly inspired me my friend

That sounded really nice.

It was soothing and peaceful and well put together. I was expecting something different in the solo than the first 2 beats of 49, but it sounded good after that. I really liked the stop and start thing you did with the piano in 50 and 51. I felt like it should've happened at least once more.

The only thing I didn't really like was the very end.. I feel like it could've ended better.

But other than that it was a good job. =)

Guitar 3 - bar 44

I have always loved that effect of the bend with a volume swell. I've never implemented it in my songs, but often abuse it when improvising. It's something I'd first heard from my favorite musician, Uli Jon Roth, in his more recent work. For that one note, you sir, get my applause!

Now .. right, the rest of it. There was something very adventuresque about it. You can practically feel the damp wind blowing across your face and smell the local plant life on a clear day as you're standing on a grassy hill, looking out to the horizon and preparing yourself for a quest.

The only thing that bothered me was the volume of the overdriven guitars in those break sections starting at bar 32. Like you had said for my piece, I'm sure the same is with yours: just something about guitar pro. Regardless, they came out as overbearing.

Yeah i just didn't tweak those enough, so they ended up sounding kind of tacked on and awkward. Thanks for the crit, I love the metaphor lol

I really just wasn't sure where to go with it in terms of song progression, so I ended it, perhaps too abruptly. I think another new theme and then returning to the intro melody would maybe work?

Good song i like the vibe going on. The piano is very good and there are no clashing notes really. The guitar solo was great but its a shame you can't put the full thing in. Loads of different things going off with the piano which sounded cool - stuff other people have already said. - very very good.

Brilliant man. Very well written. The composition as is more than suffices...but I could see the solo section being extended. You could really go so many ways with this though. But I liked it a lot. 10/10.

You win at everything, man, that was amazing. Nothing to crit really, only thing is I think you could lengthen it up. You have inspired me to write a classical song.

That was amazing man it had a great feeling to it and I respect your ability to write parts for other instruments, something I have no talent for whatsoever. Often whenever I hear a piece like this I get bored, but not this one. I love the part with piano stops except some of the chords sound major and I would've maybe try to kept them sounding more minor, but that's just me. Guitar solo fits well also.

9/10 Good job.

Yeah, I have fond memories as a child of fapping to a porno with my close friends before sitting down for a nice relaxing evening of Runescape.
