anybody have opinions on conditioners vs. strips?
i've been doing a little studying about these things and i'm thinking about trying one. looked thru some of the furmans, monsters and belkins. i don't want to spend too much money and the belkin PureAV PF30L gets good reviews.

Conditions keep the voltages steady and do a bit better job at isolating noise. A strip simply provides protected power, so it will trip in the event of a power surge. Often times the outlets are not heavily insulated, as they are not dealing with musical equipment. I would go power condition.

My pedal board has a built in power conditioner I believe. It's good.

A conditioner was one of the first things to go in my rack, it helps tidy everything up with it's power outlets and keep a steady voltage throughout, a necessary buy.
