The guy probably said something racist to the women, who was African American. I mean, why else would you dump a cripple out of a wheel chair? Seriously, that is some ****ed up ****.

What he is saying I believe, is the guy in wheelchair was an inmate before. The cop didn't like him and dumped him.

No it doesnt, he could be an inmate because he had no choice but to commit crime to live or maybe he was wrongly convicted. There still human beings, it doesnt make it right to treat them like this if there inmates.

I doubt he was an inmate before, and doing that to anyone in a wheelchair is ridiculous

"Had no choice" is the worse defense ive ever heard, there is always a choice. Just because your poor doesnt give you special privilege.

He was arrested on a traffic violation. He wasn't a violent or dangerous criminal.

That's sick. I thought that was absolutely horrific and downright sad to watch. That's completely inappropriate and I personally hope there are serious repercussions on the deputy that did it.

Bullsh*t. Everyone always has a choice. There are tons of homeless people in Atlanta where I live, they gather outside concerts that happen everyday and have jars that say "I need money" on them. By the end of the concert, they all have about $20 or so, which if used wisely, can last a week for food. Stop substituting the word "poverty" with "crime" and your other ignorant bullsh*t.
