To answer your question, yes you can. But for what you're shelling out for the Cube 60, you could get better. I mean, it's about the exact same price as a Crate Palomino V16.

15 watts is plenty loud. If you need it louder, you could mic it up or something.

If you're looking at budget amps, why not check out the Peavey Valveking 112 or a Traynor YCV20. The Peavey is something like 50 watts and will be plenty loud for any situation. The only problem being is that you get pretty crummy speakers and a relatively dull sounding amplifier compared to its contemporaries.
