Will a full size tube amp head like a JCM 900 fit on a Epiphone Valve Junior cabinet? like length wise will it be able to sit on top. Also will those two be compatible? I know it might not sound the best but it will have to do for now.

It will definitley not fit on top. You need a different cab too as the speaker on a VJ can't handle a JCM 900's wattage. You live in North America, so why not check out Avatar Cabs. I hear nothing but good things about them, and they make cabs with the best speakers and you can match the colour up nicely to your head, and all at prices which I think are cheaper than the branded variations.

EDIT: Why not go for a JCM 900 combo, or even the 800? It will be cheaper I think and more portable, and will still be loud enough for gigging, probably twice as loud as you AVT50

lol the jcm 900 will obliterate that little valve juniors cab

to one of the posts above me, not sure how many up... the jcm 800s are amazing amplifiers... but it sucks that they dont have a footswitchable overdrive.... therefore i will never buy one, i really need that option... and dont get a combo, you will prefer having 4 speakers over 1 or 2... and you will love the added bass that you will get with it, sure its a bitch to move around but thats what casters are for

Do you mean Laney?

I have a Laney TT412a that I run with my Peavey 5150. It's got really solid construction with great speakers (Celestion V30s). If the Laney cab you're looking at is anything like mine, it should do you well.

strangely enough, i have my valve junior head running through my jcm 900 combo amp cab right now. however, i haven't been playing it much as i recently got an ac30.
