Yeah, I was really close to her and I just now found out she died about 15 minutes ago. I am honestly shocked and don't know what to say, she was fine and in good health.

Sounds lame, but I just need relief, it's just so sudden, I remember going to visit her just last week. I feel so strange, that she's just gone. I guess I'll give updates later when I found out how she died, thanks for those who show support.

Well, all I can say is that this isn't what I was expecting.

sorry to hear that man... *pats on back*

and to anyone who might say mean **** about this in the future....

Very hard to stomach that kind of thing. I remember that happened to me 4 and half years ago. Tough to deal with.

And surprisingly, music was a big help in my case. I don't know about your taste in music but I remember listening to Walk On by U2 randomly one day and that song has a totally new meaning to me now and really helped me with the whole thing.

Maybe a song will grab your attention and help you like it did me.

Sorry for your loss.

Really sorry to hear that. Mine died about 4 years ago. I'll still think about it from time to time. I guess it's just one of those things that never really heals. But, I can promise that it'll get better.

Well, I can't really say I understand cause I've never had anyone close to me die. But what I will say is, just keep going. It hurts, it sucks, but life isn't over. So don't give up.

Yeah, thanks for all the help guys. And about the song, my teacher was really into "Tout le Monde" by Megadeth, and to this day cries when ever it play because of her father dying. I guess I can try something I can connect to.

Remember the good times and don't forget to tell as many funny little stories about her as you can. Celebrate the life. She'd want it that way.

4chan misses you. go back to them.

Anyways I'm sorry to hear about that. Both my grandma's and one of my grandpa's died when I was really young, so I never got to know them. I don't miss them at all since i never got to know them. Believe, you're better off than me. I hear about my friends telling me I'm lucky because I didn't have to go through pain when they die, but it's much worse to live your whole life without even knowing your grandparents.

Thats horrible

That reminds me of when my grandfather died when I was around 10 or something, it's really sad

It's just that I passionately don't care.
And I mean that in the best possible way.

Think of all the great times man... and listen to Jack Johnson!
His music is a remedy in these kind of situations.

My condolences, it's always hard to lose someone close to you. I had a similar situation, I was very close to my grandparents, they both died on the same day, a week before my end of year exams. I ended up having to do two exams one day, two funerals the next, then two more exams the day after. Not fun.
