i need it to have true bypass

mxr said "hardwire bypass" is that the samething?

'Hardwire bypass' should be the same as 'true bypass'.

i've only tried the boss noise suppressor but its great, and alot of people rate it really high

Some like MXR say hardwire bypass, but apparently if you open it up and you know your stuff, you'll notice that it isn't (true bypass)
That or lower the gain.
