I recently aquired a Fender Stage Lead 212. It works fine, but at certain times of the day, I pick up radio frequencies. The volume is so loud that I can barely even hear my guitar. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can stop it.

The search bar is your friend. Ok, here is the deal. Your instrument cable acts like a antenna. You will pick up am radio through your amp. A good power conditioner may help. I have a noise gate and I don't hear it anymore, so that is another option.
Current Rig:
Splawn Quickrod
Marshall 1960BX
Electrics:
Les Paul with Dirty Fingers
Kramer
Acoustics:
Hohner
Ibanez
Pedals:
Isp Decimator
Cry Baby Wah
MXR MX108 10 Band EQ.

Is there any way to lessen the noise without buying any equipment?

I doubt it. I bet it's louder at night?

Try moving your equipment, I had the same problem once, but i changed where my gear was located and got rid of it

cheers
Come back if you want to
And remember who you are
‘Cause there's nothing here for you my dear
And everything must pass
