Ok so i have a digitech multi effex pedal i want to run it strait to my PC preferably by USB and make it cheep please. thanks

anything cheaper from that will give quite a bit less quality...
you could view the low budget recording video linked in my sig line or see if you can get that USB fast track used on ebay.

First try running the output of that FX pedal into the line in on your stock sound card, if that doesnt work look into the Toneport GX for recording guitar, vocals, or bass but you must run it with windows XP.
