Im really hoping there is somebody out there who can tell me 100% sure what program will allow me to listen to different parts of songs, (by that i mean lower the drums and elevate the guitar to hear it better or vice versa) allow me to slow it down, record songs (if possible, if not specify good program to use) and pretty much everything soemone trying to learn double time extremely fast guitar riffs by ear.

good luck with that
its almost impossible
the MP3 is encoded as ONE SINGLE music file. Unless it was studio quality and streaming as 5 different music files in one, yet encoded into one... yeah idk what the hell I'm saying, its impossible to do without the master track, or a crazy 1337 nerd program that would take years to master

Well, you could get the tascam machine that lets you slow things down without changing pitch.

You can do that with audacity. You basically divide the frequency in half and double the wavelength, I think. You lose a bit of quality though.
