I'm playing around with the idea of switching the strat trem out of my Behringer for a Bigsby.

Yes, yes, I know, lots of work. Already saw the article about switching a trem to hardtail on projectguitar.com.

What I'm wanting to know is, is it possible to put the TOM bridge on there WITHOUT filling the hole for the old trem? Aesthetics are a non-issue, just the fit.

Where would the sleeves for the studs go if you dont fill in the hole for the wammy. Your going to have to put something relatively permanent for the tom bridge to mount.

So that would mean that the TOM posts aren't wider than the rout in the guitar? Oh poo, and here I thought I was going to get away with less work.
