Do NOT get the Epiphone SG, worst piece of crap I've ever played.

I'd have to go with the Strat pack or the Les Paul Special II

I'd also go around to some music centers in your town (if you have one) and look around
The Pit. The Movie.

personally, I don't think that your going to get anything worthwhile out of any of those (specially the behringer POS)

I would reccomend this http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Squier-Start-Playing-HSS-Strat-Pack-with-150-DSP?sku=512576

Its a bit more, but its worth it. Really if you can spend more than 350 even you will be far happier in the end.

1st choice: buy a $150 Ibanez and save up your money for an amp later.

2nd choice: Squier, unfortunately.

I would say, get an Ibanez Jumpstart...

or

IJX40

good starting electric guitars, i would personally suggest the first one, the second one has a fairly slow neck

please...
avoid the starters packs at all costs!!!!

just get a simple electric, e.g. fender mim strat used then buy the really cheap amp.
most starters pack guitars never stay in tune and most of my students who own the starters pack get discouraged because it sounds like s.
