Back in the day, I had some crappy Mac when I was 5 or 6 (maybe even younger...) around the year ~1997ish or a little later. On that Mac, we had some sort of spooky shooter with aliens. I can't remember exactly what it is, but I don't think it is Doom. It might be Duke Nukem, I'm downloading it right now. Any other ideas?

Maybe it was Marathon. I think I had the same thing, but now I can't find it. Did the disc say "Bungie"?

Marathon, 1, 2 and Infinity. Made by the same people who made the Halo series. I just found the series recently and it's been ported to the PC extremely well.

I checked Wiki and it said it wasn't on the Mac
It wasn't far enough into the REAL 3D stages of gaming, I don't think.

MDK maybe? it was a Mac shooter, I think...

There is one I used to play, where I think it was on Mars or something and that there were robots. Might be the one.

Some of the screens of the game look vaguely fimiliar, that may be it.
