France is the home of impressionist music. I don't really like to use these adjectives, but I think it's the most artistic, creative and amazing music I have ever heard.

Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel are the too big musicians of this kind of music. But Debussy alone makes this my favorite genre.

Debussy's music isn't the most technically outstanding and virtuostic music, but I like musicians like that. I'm by no means saying that I dislike virtuosos, but I like musicians who compose music not to impress with virtuosity, rather than impressing with compositional talents.

Plus I think that a lot of the music was very ahead of it's time (Debussy died in 1918). Some of it sounds almost like pure Jazz.

Hard to say... I'd like to say Norway, but there's so much more to it. Sweden has a lot of my favorite musicians, as does Norway, but the roots of the music I listen to are spread all around - mainly Norway, the US and Sweden, and a bit from the UK too, I guess.

Probably Norway, though. It's the common multiple here :q

America and England for the most part, ofcourse, as varied as my tastes are, it's hard to say where everything comes from.
We've drained full confession booths, polluted drinking wells with our repentances, and then stood grinning with our arms around the shoulder of a rotting child.

If you resist change, you will be here forever.

My personal Holy Trinity - Led Zeppelin, Heart, and Rush - each came from the U.K., the U.S., and Canada.

SO if Janne and Alexi did a gay porn, would I be the only one willing to buy it?

That's a dumb question, you know everyone in here would buy it too. I know I would!

i've always thought about this and it's too hard for me to classify one country that has produced my favorite music as there is such a mixture and connection between all the music. So, I say planet Earth in general even though the Blue Moon Men group have put out some good hits

that's a weird species. much weirder than, say, the Platypus or the Emo. i wonder what would happen if you cross bred an emo and a platypus. you'd get an emopus or a platyemo.... FFS! that still wouldn't out weird the female species
