I've got a Toneport UX2 and I'm trying to record with Audacity.

But there's a problem with my speakers on my computer, and for whatever reason the only sound output I can get from my computer is from my Toneport.

This isn;t usually a problem, except that whenever I try recording with Audacity and set the input and output to the Toneport, it freezes and brings up a message saying: 'Error while opening sound decive. Please check the input device settings and project sample rate'.

I've tried using various sample rates, and it still brings up that message.

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody else has had this, and if so, is there something I can do to make it so that I can have my Toneport as both the recording and playback device?
Set the output to your computer speakers maybe? I don't really know though, I've never had this problem with my Toneport.

I think it would be better if you plugged speakers into you headphone jack on the Toneport.
