Hi, this is my first time on the forum so please understand if i'm doing something wrong
I've been playign acoustic for bout 3 years, and i just bought a Epiphone Les paul standard so now i'm looking for a cheap/decnet amp. I dont' know anything about electrics/amps so any suggestinos would be appreciated. Basicly, i'm allowed to spend 500$ max (screw my parents =P), since the guitar costs 400$ it self i have bout les then 100$ for a decent amp in which i can practice w/ in my room so anything form 50-100$ range would be perfect. i dont' need anything loud, i just need it to be loud enough so i could practice in my room. I play alot of stuff, guns n roses, pink floyd, punk, cannon rock (=D), etc... if it matters. I also don't want the absolute worst piece of amp ever made, like i said, something cheap, but not like 35$ cheap.

Thanks alot!

Why did you spend so much on the guitar, only leaving 100 bucks left over for an amp?
Anyways... I'd go roland microcube, but you need a few more bucks.

Yep Roland Microcube is the best option by far. Just tell your parents to come on this forum and listen to us. If they are the ones buying the stuff, then they wouldn't want to waste any money would they

SUCESS, ok my parents oked it but does this amp come with distortion? i don't know anything about amps... and i assume the distorion comes from amps? (idk). So does this support distortion? the delay function will be REALLY SWEET. if it does have distortion or w/e, (i probably have no idea wat i'm talking about) then ill get this amp.
thanks again for all the help =D

Yeah, the roland microcube can do anything.
Distortion, overdrive, fuzz(I believe), cleans, everything.
And I believe it has a delay function, yes.
