I'm getting rid of my old computer and I had photoshop on it but I lost the disk and I don't have the serial number. I want to put it on my new computer but I don't really want to download another copy. I transferred the files from my other computer to my new one but it says "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information." If there is a way I am not completely SOL, can someone help me and tell me how I can fix this? Thanks.

I'd tell you not to double post or whatever but who really gives a crap. Anyway if you still have the original serial number from the current one your using you could just use that and you said you lost it , I'm almost positive theirs a way to check which name you registered it under and what serial number and all that jazz. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I know there is a way to check what number you registered it under

Doesn't it say your serial number when you start up the program? And you can download the trial from the Adobe website, and apply your serial to that to register it.

Or maybe try going Help> Transfer Activation (in Photoshop), that might help.

Well the problem is that my copy isn't necessarily legal.

Which version do you use?

Then redownload it. Simple.

If I get the trial and I plug in my illegal serial number will adobe know?

Get the CS2 trial and get the keygen by paradox, that's all you need.
