hey im going to order a ukulele tonight, I got 50 bucks, and can get maybe my mom to to do 15, and I want one that is serious, not a joke.... so can I have some SERIOUS replies on which one to buy , thanks

I don't think you'll be able to get a real decent uke for less than $100, but maybe....oh I can't even find one for under $100. I've got a maholo(SP?) uke, cost me like $30, the intonation sucks and it's made of pretty crappy materials so the best advice I can give you is don't get a cheap moholo...

Might not be half bad with some Aquila Nylgut strings. Good for practice, maybe. You'll probably have to adjust the action, so do that when you change to some decent strings.

I have a cheap Kilo Ukulele ($40 about). It's definitely not great, but it's okay for a little plywood box, and the tuners hold pretty well.
