im thinkin of gettin the interlude riff from master of puppets (clean section) made into a tattoo. Im designing it basically myself then i wanna take to an artist for a killer touch.

how i picture it is having the part written in sheet notation but make it look all badass with nice line work.

ive wanted a tatt for a while but i dont wanna get some tribal bs, rather something that actually means something to me. (puppets is my favourite song, also got me into the music i love to play everyday)

id get the main riff, but i think the interlude looks more interesting as a visual concept.

i'd have drawn on my upper back near a shoulder.

think i should do it?

lol the tab would be a bit much. It sounds silly but the way i've done it makes it look sick as.

thank you!! yeh it's not just a direct copy of the way it would look straight off a sheet,
ive tried to play around with different perspectives and sketchy line work for a rough and nicely textured feel.

i thin it would look best curled around the arm going down. maybe start at your shoulder and wrap down to your elbow, and make the lines and notes look smokey or real curvy or something

yeh i thought about that too, but i'm not sure about gettin one on my arm just yet. I figure my first tatt will be on my back and if i like it eventually i might get another oen on my upper arm or something

My Piano teacher had a cool piece of piano notation on his arm and that was pretty sweet.
