Hey all, I'm new to the forums. I'm interested in getting a PRS Custom 24 guitar, if I do, it may be towards the end of this year. But, I'm not sure as to which one to get (but aiming towards the ten-top).... either a Custom 24 or a Custom 24 Ten-Top? Which one would you choose and why?

if your going to be getting an exspensive guitar like a custom 24 might aswell pay the bit extra if you prefer it.

Which ever of them you decide to get, a good PRS will spoil you forever.

No ten-top for me.

With the way those guitars feel, a standard satin would do just fine

Yeah, I feel like you don't need to spend more money just for a slightly better looking top. Get the "standard" Custom 24. Or don't, because if you do I'll appear at the feet of your bed while you're sleeping and will steal your guitar

Seriously, don't worry about the ten top. Without all those fancy options, it's still the best guitar ever made (IMO).

Well, it's really going to depend on what you can find in stock when you decide it's time to buy. You will likely have to settle for whatever you can find. Otherwise, you will place your order and wait many, many moons.
