I love when an artist can make their music tell a story. That is why I really like this one artist named Elizabeth Wills. On her myspace (http://www.myspace.com/elizabethwillsmusic), she has stated that her music "capture(s) both important specific historical moments, as well as the timelessness of their subjects – the “perfect and imperfect, all at once,” which is something that first attracted me to her music. Her ability to tell it like it is and put it so eloquently takes someone with skill and artistry. She is one of my favorite new artists of 2008. I am so excited because she just released her newest EP called Fly on iTunes!

She reminds me a lot of Sarah McLachlan but with a more solid and less floaty voice, and a greater range of styles. Lovely to listen to.
