i have an american strat and i accidentally dropped the pointed end of my cable on it the other day, which left a circular dent on the body. is there any way to get this fixed? if so, about how much would it cost me?

that might actually cost quite a bit of money to get it done professionally. They'd probably have to sand it, fill the dent and repaint the spot. I really don't know that it would be worth it, but that's what they'd probably do for you.

ok. thanks.
the dent is not a very large one. it's about the size of a marker tip. im just worried that the paint around the dent might start to chip away or that the dent might grow larger over time. does anyone think that paying to get the dent fixed would b worth it?

I wouldn't worry about it unless the paint starts to chip. If that happens then take it in and have that spot touched up, but if its a small dent i wouldn't worry about it.
