Angels and Airwaves. I don't much care for them, but they put my friend to sleep.

Asleep by The Smiths.

Vapour Trail by Ride.

Landslide by Fleetwood Mack.

Matt Skiba's acoustic stuff works for me.

I can pretty much sleep with any music playing though. Just so long as it's music I enjoy.

chloroform or ether work well. oh. you meant music. tbh, i listen to death metal before i go to bed. if that doesn't work, try buckethead's album "Colma", or alternatively "electric tears", also by buckethead. they are both amazingly melodic, and soothing, great for relaxing with.

Most soul from the sixties. Seriously, I respect its influence to today's music, but it's just bland and boring to me.

Except for James Brown he kicks ass.

But yeah, other than Andy McKee, "Zero Gravity" from Mnemic, "Acrid Placidity" by Meshuggah, "Coalescence" from Mad at Gravity, and "Interlude" and "Prelude" by Pulse Ultra all make great snoozin' music...these are all pretty much interludes, but they work well for putting me to sleep.
