Hi, since the local rehearsal spaces have stopped renting out their room cos of other bands trashing it, are there any other places where we can practice that could be cheap to use etc such as a Unit?

only thing I can think of is @ one of your bandmembers. but that probably ain't possible.

I see that you have a behringer UD100 pedal, en a Boss DS1 pedal. I'm planning on buying one of those. want the behringer cause it's a lot cheaper. what do you think of the pedal(s)?

I prefer the Boss, not much dearer than the Behringer but the Behringer is good nontheless. Boss has that more crisper, distorted tone as is indestructible really, I would practice at a bandmates house but all four of us live in small family homes and therefore havent got the space

Rent one of those storage units. Alot of bands here in my town do that.

We did that. Our bassist is so good, he got a free pedal. It was on sale, like $20, and the dude was making his whole retirement fund off of commissions that day, so he was lucky, but still.

Yeah, rent a unit and hire it out a few night a week to other local bands (preferably ones you can trust) when you ain't using it. Do it right and charge the right amount of money and you won't even have to find any cash to cover the rent and electricity bill.
For you, rehearsals will be free.
