Ive been playing guitar alot recently, and today the joints in the top of my hand became sore, like when you do a vigorous activity all day and your bodys sore the next day kind of sore, and I was wondering if its normal, and isnt anything serious and if theres anything i can do for it except stop playing guitar for a bit

if its your left stop using the 2 handed method when beating the meat. change it up a bit
