Ya weird question and ill try to make it short and simple. Basicaly i have two choices.

1) Buy a DS lite where i live (Lithuania, Europe) and pay ~236USD for it and get a two year warranty which i can use since i bought it here.

2) Give the money to my friend whose going to the US shortly so he can buy it for ~130USD but i won't be able to use the warranty since i live in Europe.

Now I have read that supposedly new DS lites have yellow screen and shifting touch screens and all sorts of crazy madness.

So what should i do ? Is the probability of getting a "sick" DS lite really that high ?

P.S. I'm getting a white one.
