Hey I'm a sophomore in high school at a school that really does not care about running. Our practices usually are no more than 3 miles for either sport and we only do speed work every 2-3 weeks. I've got some natural ability but I really want to reach my full potential. I ran 5:20 in the mile on 15 miles a week and 19:30 in a 5k on 20, if it helps.

So I'm curious as to what other schools run for practice. Any other other advice is greatly appreciated also.
