Yeah, I'd say go Randall... Dime used Randall's back in the early days and I BELIEVE that Kirk Hammett recently struck a deal with Randall... I could be wrong, though...

I don't believe Kerry King uses an OD in front of his 800, I think it's just an EQ and a noise gate (which are both built into his sig model).
