I'm saving up to get a seymour duncan dimebucker for my dean but my dad wants me to get a second hand dimebucker just so i can save a couple of bucks.
I'm still a noob to these things so i wanted to know if a second hand dimebucker will still sound as awesome as a brand new dimebucker.
Any help would be appreciated

Shouldn't really make a difference man. Just make sure you get all the exact wires you need.

it's not like you're buying used strings or anything
if it works, it will be fine. Just make sure you or your dad knows how to install them if you get them used, or be ready to pay a good 50 bucks for someone at GC to do it...
