Ok so my local music store decided to start stocking Orange amps. I live in a smaller town and they just couldn't sell them. So they lowered the prices... They are selling tiny terrors for $149 and a thunderverb 50 half stack for $999 Orange amps are not really my thing but do you think I should pick one up? I heard they are good but have never tried them.

Tiny Terror for $149? How much is the Rocker? I'd definitely get an Orange if those were the prices.

wow, tiny terror for that much, hell yes. And i think the thunderverb is a bass amp as well (although i might be confused with some other orange amp) so if you enjoy a bit of bass, i'd say go for that.

EDIT: But i don't think it would really suit what you play looking at your guitars.

Because if I was wrong I'll look like an idiot. I want to make sure that it's the right price then I'll tell you guys the store. When I was looking at the prices I didn't think much of it while I was in the store because I didn't know how much they were worth. I'll let you guys know tommorow.

Or you could PM me the store name, and I'll call in the morning for you. If it's legit, you're a hero. If it's a mistake, no worries because those things happen.

i dunno man usually anything to good to be true isnt ( i know this from exp)
you probably made a mistake

it doesnt make sense for it to be cheaper almost a 1/3 of the price than here in toronto
theres a lot more inflation in alberta

and i also dont think anyone with a brain would sell a tiny terror for 149, since it has quite a large demand.

if this is true than the individual running the store really shouldn't be in buisness period.

even if it was stolen i dont think it would be that cheap....

bump. I wanna know if this was real or if the TT was severly damaged or what, becuase if you can get a brand new TT for 150 then I'm gonna be pissed

I phoned them this morning and I guess one of the employees priced them all wrong...

If the price is $149, just buy all the Tiny Terrors. I'll buy at least one for $100 more.

I think he misread the price tag. There's no way you can get a Tiny Terror brand new for $150.

Gee, you think?

Tiny Terrors for $150!! they sell them at my local guitar store for $569
#34
Hel yes, to buy the TT i would have to pay the equivalent of $600 and for the rockerverb stack $2000. Plus they are just god amps

Ah major bummer about the miss-pricing issue.

yeah, the TT is a great amp, but I might sell mine. The reason is because I played my friends blues jr., and it fit me so much more! The TT is perfect for classic rock, but I'm moving more towards blues and jazz. I might grab a blues jr, but if it isn't loud enough for practices or gigs, I'll grab a fender blues deluxe. Sorry orange rev., but it's just that I found a much cheaper amp that does my style better
