Of the two, the FBM-1 or the FDR-1, which you suggest for a more blues-oriented tone/sound? To me they both sound good, but I only have the funds for one.

What kind of amp. I highly recommends against those pedals. Can do much better for the $$$.

i just have a marshall MG practice amp, but i record with it, with the interface to garageband.

Yeah, have to agree. Save for a Fender Blues Junior and you won't need any pedals for blues. And even if you did those are awful pedals anyway.
